In our 30 years of handling PU Paints we have mastered the Science and art of Painting any kind of substrate. |

Our processes include surface preparation using suitable chemicals followed by Priming, Painting and Clear Coating. |

The application is done in a state of the art Dust free Painting Chamber using Paints with correct Viscosity and using Compressed air which is dry and devoid of any moisture. |

The thickness of our coating generally comes to about 40 to 50 microns. |
|
With our experience we have been able to give consistent Delta (Deviation measured by a colorimeter) of less than 0.2 and requisite Gloss levels. |
